Capoeira combines martial arts, dance, music, and acrobatics. Capoeira Angola is an ancient art form created by enslaved Africans in Brazil to resist oppression. As an art of liberation, it is naturally community and family centered.

The perfect way to foster exploration and togetherness. We talk about plants, identify birds and interesting looking mushrooms. We skip rocks on the water and we give caterpillars a ride to the next leaf. We journey together as a team, and we bond along the way.
